Refund Policy

Since GetCode is offering virtual numbers, we do not issue refunds once the purchase is made and the number has been activated successfully. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the specification of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

1. Non-receiving SMS: Due to some server issues, you might not receive an SMS with a confirmation code from us. In this case, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-receiving must be submitted within 7 days from the number purchase date. Otherwise, the product will be considered activated.

2. Invalid virtual number issues: If you experience problems using a number after receiving an SMS, you may request a refund. To qualify for a refund, you must submit evidence of an invalid number (e.g., providing screenshots of 2FA attempts). Claims regarding such issues must be submitted within 7 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, you agree that we may interpret your silence as a successful activation of the product, with no further right of redress or refund for an “invalid virtual number issue.”

3. Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. In such cases, you should contact us. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is confirmed and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint or notification provided by the customer, a refund will be issued in full without any compensation or reimbursement. Alternatively, at the customer’s choice, a replacement product of the same or similar value can be offered.

• Please note: Temporary access to your web host/server may be requested by our technicians to identify and resolve potential issues. Failure to provide such access promptly may delay issue resolution. Refusal to provide access will disqualify you from eligibility for a refund.


Important Notes

• We do not bear responsibility for refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with third-party software (e.g., plugins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, or extensions) unless specified as compatible on the sales page. We do not guarantee full compatibility with third-party programs (including web hosts) and do not provide support for such applications.

• Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] or through the live chat on the app within 1 week of the order date.

• A refund fee of 5% applies to all refund transactions. If a year or more has passed since the last deposit, the fee will increase as follows:

• After 1 year: 15%

• After 2 years: 25%

• After 3 years: 35%

 

You must include detailed and valid reasons for your refund request. Please ensure that your request does not contradict our Terms and Conditions.
