End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: April 26, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and MIA Digital Solutions ("Company"), the owner and operator of the GetCode mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Terms of Use.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to content, software, and trademarks, are and shall remain the exclusive property of MIA Digital Solutions. This Agreement does not transfer to you any rights other than those specifically granted herein.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
  • Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes;
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or sell the App or any part thereof;
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of MIA Digital Solutions or third parties;
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass any measures used to restrict access to the App.

4. Updates and Modifications

MIA Digital Solutions may, at its discretion, provide updates, modifications, or patches to the App. Continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified App and the updated Agreement terms.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. MIA Digital Solutions reserves the right to terminate your license and access to the App without notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MIA Digital Solutions disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIA Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
