What is a frozen balance?

GetCode uses the frozen balance system within the system.  When you top up your account, you have an active balance. When you buy a number, this becomes a frozen balance. The balance remains frozen until you receive a verification code for the number you bought. If you cancel the number or do not receive the code, your frozen balance will be transferred back to the active balance. If your number receives a code, your frozen balance will be reduced. 

So you will not lose your balance on numbers that do not receive a code. If the number does not receive a code, you can return the existing number and get a new number using your available balance.

How do I earn coins for free or by doing tasks?

GetCode is a fully paid app and unfortunately it does not support the system of earning coins by doing tasks. But we have good news for you! You will receive 20% bonus coins for purchases of 3 coins or more. You can top up your balance via crypto, credit card or in-app purchases in My Account.

Nothing! When you buy a number, the amount equal to the price of your number is frozen in your balance. If your number expires before you receive an SMS, your balance will be restored. Only your numbers that have received SMS will be deducted from your balance.

We are sorry for this :( We cannot guarantee 100% delivery for every country and service. Therefore, if you do not receive an SMS within 3-5 minutes, we can suggest you to cancel your number and try again. Thanks to the stars we put in the number list, you can observe the delivery performance of that service in that country and make your choice accordingly. We generally experience such delivery problems in countries under $2. We are working hard to improve our services.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer such an opportunity for short-term rentals. You can do this with our daily/weekly/monthly rental model, which will be published soon, and you can be sure that the number you purchased will not be used by anyone else.

Why SMS does not arrive?

Please consider the following recommendations:

1. Repeat sending the SMS code from the selected service to the purchased phone number.

2. Change your IP address. Use a proxy or VPN. Your IP address should comply with the country of the purchased phone number.

3. Apply extensions in the browser to change the user-agent or open the tab in incognito mode. Many websites track a certain set of user information.

4. Try to buy another phone number.

The created account was banned after a while

According to our rules, we are not responsible for the ban of registered accounts, since ban is affected by many factors. Refund or numbers replacement are not stipulated in this case.


One of the most common reasons for ban is the discrepancy between your IP address and the geolocation of the purchased phone number. You can learn more about account registration methods on specialized forums.

General recommendations:

1) Use high-quality proxy/VPN. For example, exclusive/private proxy. Upon 2 or more accounts authorization you have to use different proxies.

2) Use different devices to login to several accounts. You have to use various profile programs and services. Different devices are:

- Changing user-agent in the browser, using special browsers, which change the given device themselves;

- Computer, second computer; phone, second phone.

3) Perform human-like actions: filling in pages, subscribing to several people, uploading several photos, reposting entries, putting likes, writing comments.

After 1-2 minutes the code will appear in the GetCode app and will also be sent to you as a notification. Enter the code in the app you requested and your account will be ready.

How do I get a number to create a Whatsapp account?

First select that you want to use WhatsApp. Then choose which country's number you need. Ordinary users can use numbers from all countries. After purchasing the number, open the WhatsApp app and go to the phone number verification screen. Enter the number you purchased and request the verification code. Within a few minutes, the verification code sent to the number will appear in the GetCode app and will also be sent to you as a notification. Enter the code in the WhatsApp app you requested and verify your account. You can now start using your WhatsApp account.

How do I receive verification code again?

If you get an SMS to your number, then there is no way to request and receive SMS using the same number again after 15mins.

After receiving the first SMS, you have up to 15 minutes to receive the next SMS, otherwise the order will be closed automatically.

The phone numbers can receive only 1 (one) SMS.
